Railway Group D PET Details 2023

Criterion For Physical Efficiency Test (Pet)

Male Candidates Female & Transgender Candidates
  1. Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down; and
  2. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minute and 15 seconds in one chance
  1. Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down; and
  2. Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minute and 40 seconds in one chance.

How To Download RRB Group D PET Admit Card 2022

  1. At first open your Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) website
  2. Click on given link in home page of the cell website as “Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Admit Card against CEN No. RRC-01/2019“
  3. After opening of the link, you will be redirected to admit card download page.
  4. In this page you will see Candidate Login form.
  5. Enter your Registration Number and User Password (Date of Birth) in the specified fied.
  6. Finally click on login button to access your dashboard and click on download admit card button to get your PET call letter.
