According to the updated list of open positions, this recruitment exam will fill 36001 positions across multiple departments, including 15408 unreserved, 5571 SC, 2888 ST, 8336 OBC, and 3798 EWS positions.
From the most recent list of open positions, which was made public on April 27, fewer positions now exist. According to the earlier list of open positions, this recruitment exam will fill 36,012 positions for unreserved, SC, ST, OBC, and EWS applicants, as well as 2,940 ESM, 451 OH, 424 HH, 277 VH, and 263 additional PwD positions in various central government ministries.
In a computer-based format, the commission administered the SSC CGL 2022 Tier 1 test from December 1 to December 12, 2022, and the Tier 2 exam from March 2 to 7.
